Hilton Head Plantation
Located at the more northern part of Hilton Head Island, close to schools, hospital, shops and restaurants, choices for Hilton Head Plantation Real Estate are very diverse. As the largest gated community on the Island at 4,000 acres it includes views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Port Royal Sound. Equally perfect for young families to retirees there are amenities for everyone.
Two entrances (one off Squire Pope at the beginning of the Island) to one closer to mid-island on HWY 278 make it close to everything. Amenities include a recreation center with activities, shared garden plots, full service marina, four golf courses (public and private) tennis courts as well as the newest updated community pool on the island and much more. As Hilton Head Plantation doesn’t allow short term rentals, most residents live there full time and it is truly a community. Traveling on the 10 miles…
